Details
This laser scanning confocal is built upon a Nikon inverted microscope platform. It utilizes Nikon's adjustable speed high resolution galvano scanner and the new ultra-fast resonant scanner. For TIRF (total internal reflectance fluorescence) imaging, the microscope is equipted with Photometrics PRIME BSI. The microscope incorporates a Piezo stage for ultra-fast Z imaging, and an Tokaihit environmental control chamber for live-cell imaging. There are also inserts for imaging slides, dishes, and multiple well microplates.
