Description

The Leica M65FC Stereo microscope is a versatile platform that uses a zoom lens (0.5x-1.5x) and is built with zoom-in factors ranging from 0.75x to 12x. It is equipped with the Leica DFC310 FX color and fluorescent dual digital camera. The working space on the stage allows you to operate on your sample while looking at it. It is capable to capture images with reflective, transmitted, and fluorescent light.


Capabilities:

Transmitted light / Bright field imaging (Including dark field and phase contrast)
Chromogenic stained samples (HE stain, silver stain)
Widefield fluorescent imaging (DAPI, GFP, DsRed)


Samples:

Biological and Chemical samples
Live or fixed samples in glass or plastic bottom dishes
Samples mounted on a slide
Medium size specimen (zebrafish, embryos, drosophila, frog, plants)
